Every birth is unique. And so too should your birth preparation. I offer bespoke 1:1 hypnobirthing sessions, taught from the comfort of your sofa; (either in person or on zoom), where you feel most at ease and able to explore the vulnerabilities of preparing for birth.​​

Sometimes our experience of birth can leave us with difficult feelings. Birth Trauma Release is a gentle but effective approach that helps you achieve resolution if you’re being troubled by uncomfortable thoughts following your birth, pregnancy or postnatal journey.
