Pregnant Pause is a fortnightly meet up where I will hold space and bring you a blend of hypnobirthing and mindful practices, creative journaling exercises, moments for sharing, deep relaxation and always good snacks. This is a supportive place to find connection, community and to pause.

Sometimes our experience of birth can leave us with difficult feelings.Birth Trauma Release is a gentle but effective programme that helps you achieve resolution if you’re being troubled by uncomfortable thoughts following your birth, pregnancy or postnatal journey.As a trained 3 Step Rewind practitioner, I will guide you using a combination of deep relaxation and NLP techniques to help to neutralise difficult memories and feelings.
