tailored hypnobirthing

Every birth is unique. And so too should your birth preparation. I offer bespoke 1:1 hypnobirthing sessions, taught from the comfort of your sofa; (either in person or on zoom), where you feel most at ease and able to explore the vulnerabilities of preparing for birth.

Pregnant pause

Pregnant Pause is a fortnightly meet up where I will hold space and bring you a blend of hypnobirthing and mindful practices, creative journaling exercises, moments for sharing, deep relaxation and always good snacks. This is a supportive place to find connection, community and to pause. ​

baby massage

A four week baby massage course designed to support your little one’s development, promote better sleep, and ease common digestive discomforts.  A beautiful way to deepen your bond, whilst taking a moment for yourself and a chance to meet other new parents.  ​ ​

birth trauma release

Sometimes our experience of birth can leave us with difficult feelings.Birth Trauma Release is a gentle but effective programme that helps you achieve resolution if you’re being troubled by uncomfortable thoughts following your birth, pregnancy or postnatal journey.As a trained 3 Step Rewind practitioner, I will guide you using a combination of deep relaxation and NLP techniques to help to neutralise difficult memories and feelings.
